Q: Spring feels especially meaningful with little ones. What are you most looking forward to this season as a family?

A: We are soaking up our recent move to island life and are so excited for loads of outdoor time, beach days, and exploring our new home spot. It still feels a little surreal that the beach is now part of our everyday routine.

Q: What has your daughter taught you about creativity or personal style?

A: Brooklyn has taught me that personal style should be playful and never taken too seriously. She loves mixing colors and patterns in ways I would never think to, and she firmly believes dressesare meant to be climbed, twirled, and played hard in — which I love.

Q: Your days feel full but beautifully layered. What does a “good spring day” look like to you right now?

A: A good spring day starts with taking the whole crew (dog included) to the beach with a coffee in hand, followed by a frosé and chicken tendies on the porch at our favorite spot. Then pool timewhile the kids nap, ending the day with a golf cart ride and something on the grill with a big fresh salad.

Q: You gravitate toward pieces that feel timeless. What makes something feel worth holding onto for you, whether it’s clothing, home, or memories?

A: For me it is usually the pieces that feel unique — the ones you cannot easily replace or recreate. If something carries a story, reminds me of a special season of life, or simply makes our home feel more personal, it is worth holding onto.

Q: Are there any spring traditions or moments you hope your children will remember years from now?

A: Last year we started a tradition of Easter at the beach, and it quickly became one of my favorite family memories. Now that we live here, I’m hoping our family will come visit each year so we can keep the tradition going.
