What is your return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less shipping fees. All orders covered by Redo will receive free returns & exchanges, all other orders will incur a $12 return fee.
Product must be new, unworn, and unwashed with original tags. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "Final Sale" goods. Items 50% off and above are Final Sale. Swim is available for exchange only. Shipping fees vary and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Holiday Return Window
Hunter Bell is happy to offer an extended return window for the holidays. Gift purchases made between November 1st - December 20th are eligible for return for store credit up until January 3rd, 2025.

What is your returns refund turn around time?
We try to process your return as fast as possible! Once it's been delivered to our warehouse it can take 3-5 days to process. Upon approval, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to reflect, depending on your banking partner.
How fast can I receive my exchange?
If a customer opts for instant exchange, the system will automatically trigger an exchange order. If a customer opts for automated exchange, the exchange will ship once the return is received and processed in the warehouse! Please allow 2-5 business days for your exchange to ship. The returned good must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date.
